How to make Asiago Chicken Pasta
It takes only 40 minutes, to serve around four serving plates of Asiago Chicken Pasta. Now, read and follow the recipe below from the beginning until the end.
- 65 gr sun-dried tomatoes and don’t forget to add 30 ml of oil
- 450 gr of chicken breast, cut into halves then chop
- Three cloves of garlic, finely minced
- Salt to season
- 200 gr half and half cream
- 200 gr grated Asiago cheese
- 226 gr of penne pasta, choose the gluten free penne
- 400 gr of fresh spinach
1First, you need to combine the sun-dried tomatoes with the oil. If you find the tomatoes are too big, you may cut them into smaller chunks and then prepare a skillet and pour the tomatoes along with the oil on a medium heat. Also, don’t forget to add the minced garlic in it.
2After you cook the mixture for several seconds, add the chicken breasts in it. Give also the salt and paprika to the skillet to season. Next, you need to cook the chicken breasts for several minutes until the meat is completely cooked. Then, go to the next step below.
3When the chicken is done, add with half and half cream along with a quarter teaspoon of salt. Cook these ingredients until boiling. Then, add the grated Asiago cheese and occasionally stir for around 30 seconds. Here, you need to make sure the cheese is completely melted.
4Then, lower the heat to simmer and make sure you are still stirring the mixture. If it is too thick, you may add more half and half cream and don’t forget to stir to combine. Also, taste the flavor of the mixture, add more salt if it is necessary.
5Next, cook the pasta based on the instructions written in the package. Drain and rinse it and put it over the sauce. Also, add with spinach and combine the ingredients. Heat it up by covering the skillet with a lid and simmer until the pasta and spinach wilt. Give seasoning before serving to make sure of the flavor.
Now, your homemade Asiago Chicken Pasta is ready to serve and enjoy this while it is hot. Also, make sure you make it as a special dish during your quality time with family in dinner.
