Ingredients:

  • two slices of ground beef
  • three cloves of garlic, chop it
  • two cans of tomatoes sauce
  • five tomatoes, diced
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp of seasoning of Italian
  • three leaves of bay, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of salt or sufficiently to taste
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 cups of elbow macaroni, uncooked

Directions:

1Prepare the medium frying pan over high heat, add the ground beef. Don’t use the oil, because it will get the beef. Cook until lightly tender for about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for about 5 minutes more. Then, pour the water, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.

2Stir frequently. Next, add the Italian seasoning, soy sauce, salt to your taste and chopped bay leaves. Stirring well to combine them and put the lid to cover it. Cook for about 15-20 minutes.
